Select the ROM then “Open” and enjoy your game. Now go back to your Genesis Plus Emulator, upon opening you’ll be given a window where you will need to navigate to the ROM image that you have just downloaded. Place the image somewhere for easy access – a folder marked “Sega Genesis Games” would be a good place to store them.
